Kyle Hexom will be sharing his knowledge about modular/manufactured/mobile homes.  He has dismantled and repurposed a few man-camps in North Dakota, he has developed low cost worker housing, and much more.  Come hear about how to use his knowledge and resources for and easy ADU, building low cost housing, and many other opportunities.

Join us for the third annual Multi-City investing meeting.  Billings, Helena, Bozeman and Missoula investing clubs will join like Voltron to form the ultimate group.  We will have a round robin of presentations to provide a summary of each market and a recent deal completed in each market.  Then there will be small breakout discussion groups to get to know people in other cities.   Reach out to your club organizer for a link to the zoom meeting.  

Because we often take deep dives at our meetings, it is good for us to revisit the basics.  Tim Ford will be going over cap rates, NOI and all the other calculations that investors use to analyze rental properties.  This is a great refresher for the seasoned investor, and a good overview for the beginner.  Bring a calculator!  This is an open meeting, anyone can come, please get the word out.

RJ has pursued opportunities to buy a local business and recently made an offer on one.  Pat has been working as a business broker, and has participated as an investor for passive private equity in businesses.  They will share their experience and knowledge on how to invest in small businesses.  

Mike grew his passive income with real estate while in Bozeman as part of the club.  While his two boys were still young he and his wife decided to live abroad.  If you are not completely financially independent, how can you use some passive income to bridge the gap, while keeping expenses down and pull this off?  What are some major considerations before living abroad (visas, time zones, jobs, cost of living, real estate, etc).  Managing rental properties from another state may seem scary, but what about from another continent?  Come hear Mike's story, hear about some of his investments, and learn some key lessons about living abroad.  Mike will video in from the Netherlands.  

Quito Keutla is a full time real estate investor in Billings.  He has done fix and flips, buy and hold, partnerships and more.  Come and hear about his investment journey.  He will talk about overcoming challenges, getting deals done, and much more.  You will also get to hear some details on a few of the deals he has done.

Tucker Jones, co-founder of HouseNow 3D will talk to us about using the technology of concrete 3D printing to build homes.  Real estate investors will be interested in this for developing new homes.  Business investors will be interested because they are in the start-up phase looking for investors for their company.  Come learn about this new technology and its potential for investment income.  

Laine Schoneberger, with YREFY, will be educating us on how to invest in student loans.  There are several different investment options available.  Our own Allison Miles has experience with this investment and will talk through some of the logistics and her experience.  This is an open meeting, members and non-members.  Please spread the word, we would love to fill the room.
